If you're not yet sure whether our digital solutions are really what you and your company need, our demonstration accounts are available to you.
The demonstration accounts allow you to access real data from engines running on our test benches. This allows you to test the performance and options of our portfolio as close to real-life as possible. By the way, this is not available for our Performance Tracking Professional package, as it will be customized to your needs. Basic and Advanced (and thus our dashboard), however, are available to you after free registration via a test account.
Our service deals with the challenges of machine operators on a daily basis. Thus, we can perfectly empathize with your situation and identify pitfalls before they occur. Accordingly, the commissioning process is designed to be as seamless as possible. Once you have chosen one of our Digital Solutions offerings, things move quickly. After registering, you will receive your access data by mail and can start digitizing your machine fleet almost immediately - provided you already have the necessary Hatz IoT module.
If you are using an IoT module for the first time, you must connect it to the engine that you want to connect digitally. All you have to do is scan the QR code on the module. You will automatically be directed to the connection check of the available IoT module and will be guided step by step through the installation and function test process. If your module is unable to connect to the Hatz servers, we provide digital assistance to eliminate potential sources of error.
These can be instructions for action or an indication of the cause of the faulty connection setup (such as incorrect mounting of the module on the machine). After successful installation, the engine and IoT module are paired with each other. After you have completed the user and engine registration, you are ready to go.
If, contrary to expectations, you get stuck, our service hotline +49-8531-319-5056 offers competent help in an emergency. Our technical service can, for example, check whether the IoT module is even capable of transmitting. Via video-chat support, we provide tips and recommended actions to restore operability.
Even during the registration process, we can push the necessary buttons if there are any unforeseen challenges in the process.
